If you would like to request a date for a private event, please submit a request. If the date has not yet been reserved, the date can be put on hold for 4 business days to allow you time to , print the form located on the Clubhouse rentals page, complete the form and send in to the Management Office with the appropriate fees/deposits. Once the form and fees are received then the date will be taken off hold and put as "exclusive".
