In order to request a specific date for your event, first check the Calendar to make sure the date is available. You may request an Event date on the Calendar page but we must have a completed
Clubhouse Reservation Request and the Deposit and/or usage fee checks received at the Management Office, located at 1340-G Ben Sawyer Blvd. for the event to be considered firmly reserved.
As a reminder, the clubhouse can only be rented by an Owner or a Tenant of Montclair and the Owner and/or Tenant must be present at the event. There is a maximum occupancy of 70. The pool cannot be used as part of the rental as there are state occupancy limits at the pool and the pool must remain open to all Montclair residents. There are no private events held at the clubhouse during normal business hours.
Please Note: There is very limited parking, so large events are discouraged unless attendees do not need to park on property. Please remind your attendees never to park in an assigned parking spot.
There is a dining table that seats 6 and then there is also available -
3 - 6ft folding tables 1- 4ft folding table 10 - folding chairs.
You must request use of these items as they are in storage.
